Order
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided, upon placing your order successfully.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 working days. and you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided
Why am I not receiving any emails?
If you are expecting an email from us and haven’t received it. Your email provider may have blocked the email or they may have moved the email to your junk/spam folder.
If you are using Gmail, the emails may also have been moved to your promotions folder.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Where is my order?
We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, we can confirm all orders have left our building and proof of postage can be supplied.
Please visit our delivery policy page for estimated delivery times, these times are indicative and subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you haven’t received your order, you should:
- Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
- Look around the delivery location. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
- Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
- Contact the carrier if there’s still no sign of the parcel.
Shipping & Delivery
What is you shipping option and courier service do we use?
We offer 2 types of shipping services.
DHL Express for express Shipping service and Quantium Solutions for economic shipping services.
All deliveries are free except remote areas designated by DHL Express. $25 will be charged and we will contact you via email to inform you of the charge if your area is in a remote area.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. But certain items will need pre approval but your local customs before it can be ship out.
Please contact you local customs for more information before purchase.
How long does delivery take?
You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are on their way. Delivery and shipping cost are free. As soon as the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email . From this point on you can track your shipment with the tracking number. As a rule.
- The packages are ready for dispatch after 1-4 days (Handling Time), depending on the availability of the items and the positive result of the credit check.
- Estimate delivery time for DHL Express is between 4-7 working days depends on customs clearance process.
- Estimate delivery time for Quantium Solutions is between 14-21 working days days depends on customs clearance process.

What happens if my order arrives late?
Delivery delays can be caused by rare things such as delays in customs clearance, delivery errors or unforeseen events such as weather issues.
You can directly contact DHL Express or your local post for more information or contact us so that we can help you in this matter.
How do you handle orders that go through customs?
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country residence. More info on shipping policy.
Refund, Return & Cancellation
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email at support@rdemall.com within 12 hour of making your order.
Please include the following details:

Your Order Number
Reason for cancellation
Payment Method
The refund will be applied directly to your debit/credit card or PayPal account.
Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. please refer our cancellation policy
How do I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees paid for delivery of the item to buyer are non refundable and would be deducted from the amount to be refunded to buyer.
Shipping and handling cost for the return will be borne by the buyer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
